Our terms and conditions

• All bookings require a studio visit prior to recording day with project information. (no charge)
• All bookings require a refundable $125.00 deposit. (forfeited for no-shows)
• All artists expected a minimum 30 minutes before recording time for set up. (no charge)
• Minimum studio charge $65.00 per hour for tracking to HD with two engineers, single live room, vocal booth, control room*, and your producer.
• Minimum post charge $35 per hour for mix down (with your producer**)
• Minimum mastering charges $250.00 for outside mixes.
• Minimum drum set up charge for your drums*** flat rate of $65.00 (no charge for use of our set-up)
• Our amps, drums, and guitars, are provided at no extra charge*
• Water, coffee, tea, and cocoa provided at no additional charge. (take out within walking distance or delivery)
• Transportation from Logan International Airport provided by Black Tie Limousine (35 minutes away)
• Lodging provided by The Blue Inn on beautiful Plumb Island. click here (ocean front 15 minutes from the studio) Pick up and drop off with our Infiniti FX-45 at no charge with coffee and paper.

 

     *Add $10.00 per hour for each additional isolation room or grand piano (must request in advance and a charge of $150 for tuning is required). Additional charges for 2” tape tracking, please inquire.

   **we can provide a professional Grammy winning producer for an additional $75.00 per hour.

*** must arrive minimum of 60 minutes before recording.
